Listing Amplified is a community-powered marketing platform designed to help real estate agents expand listing visibility through collaboration, social amplification, and ready-to-share marketing assets.

Participation in the platform, referral program, waitlist, or beta access is voluntary and subject to these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must:

• Be legally permitted to use online services in your jurisdiction
• Provide accurate information during signup

Certain features, rewards, or programs may be limited to licensed real estate professionals.

3. Founding Agent & Referral Program

Listing Amplified may offer:

• Early access opportunities
• Referral rewards
• Founder perks
• Promotional pricing
• Beta access features

Rewards and program structures may change, pause, or end at any time without notice.

Referral rewards:

• Have no cash value
• Are non-transferable
• May be revoked in cases of abuse, fraud, spam, or misuse

Listing Amplified reserves the right to determine referral validity and reward eligibility at its sole discretion.

4. Beta Access Disclaimer

Listing Amplified may currently operate in beta or early-access mode.

Features, pricing, rewards, integrations, functionality, and availability may change over time.

We do not guarantee:

• platform uptime
• feature availability
• future launch dates
• permanent access to beta features

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for spam or fraudulent activity
• Misrepresent your identity or professional credentials
• Attempt to manipulate referral tracking or rewards
• Upload or distribute unlawful, misleading, or harmful content
• Interfere with platform functionality or security

Listing Amplified may suspend or remove access for violations of these terms.

All Listing Amplified branding, graphics, content, software, and platform materials are owned by Listing Amplified unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, resell, or redistribute platform materials without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• missed opportunities
• platform interruptions
• data loss
• referral tracking inaccuracies
• third-party platform failures
